We collect account and contact details, delivery information, order and quote records, customer messages, uploaded project files, payment-related identifiers, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by KeyMoura.
How we use it
We use information to provide accounts, prepare quotes, manufacture and fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, communicate about requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the service.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, file storage, email, payments, shipping, monitoring, and analytics. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users, KeyMoura, or the public.
Project files
Uploaded CAD files, drawings, and reference materials are used to evaluate and fulfill the customer request. Access is limited to the customer and authorized KeyMoura staff through the order system, subject to operational backups and legal retention needs.
Retention and security
We retain data as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update certain account information and may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
