Information we collect
We collect account and contact details, delivery information, order and quote records, customer messages, uploaded project files, payment-related identifiers, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by KeyMoura.
How we use it
We use information to provide accounts, prepare quotes, manufacture and fulfill orders, process payments and refunds, communicate about requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the service.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run the site. Vercel hosts it and provides privacy-friendly, cookie-free traffic and performance measurement. Supabase provides the database, authentication, and file storage. Stripe processes payments. Resend delivers transactional email. Sentry receives error reports, configured not to send personal data or record sessions. Signing in with Google or Facebook is optional and shares your basic profile with us only when you choose it. We may also disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users, KeyMoura, or the public.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal information for advertising. What the site does store falls into two groups. Strictly necessary: a sign-in session cookie set by Supabase Auth, and short-lived cookies that hold a guest cart, a guest wishlist, and access to a guest order so those work before you have an account. Functional: preferences kept in your browser only, such as how many columns the catalog shows and a short list of products you recently viewed. Those never reach our servers, are limited in length, and can be cleared from the catalog page or by clearing site data in your browser.
Project files
Uploaded CAD files, drawings, and reference materials are used to evaluate and fulfill the customer request. Access is limited to the customer and authorized KeyMoura staff through the order system, subject to operational backups and legal retention needs.
Retention and security
We retain data as reasonably needed for orders, support, security, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can update certain account information and may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained where required for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, or law.

We may revise this policy as the service changes. The current version and update date will remain posted here.
