Using KeyMoura
By using this website, submitting a request, approving a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. You must provide accurate account, project, delivery, and payment information.
Quotes and custom work
A request is not accepted for production until KeyMoura sends a quote, the customer approves it, and any required payment is received. Quotes cover only the stated specifications and remain valid until their displayed expiration date. Changes may require a revised price or schedule.
Customer-provided designs
You confirm that you have the right to provide and authorize use of uploaded files, logos, drawings, and other materials. You are responsible for reviewing dimensions, spelling, fitment, tolerances, material, finish, and other quoted specifications before approval.
Manufacturing
Small variations inherent to material, machining, finishing, color, grain, and measurement may occur. Unless a tolerance or appearance requirement is expressly included in the approved quote, it is not part of the order.
Payments, cancellations, and delivery
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Deposits, balances, cancellations, refunds, shipping, and pickup are governed by the quote and our cancellation and refund and shipping policies.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, abuse other users, bypass security, or request work that KeyMoura reasonably believes is unsafe or unlawful. We may decline or cancel such requests.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KeyMoura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
